MaineMOM improves care for pregnant and postpartum people with opioid use disorder and their infants by integrating maternal and substance use treatment services. MMA-CQI works in partnership with the Maine Department of Health and Human Services and the Office of MaineCare Services to administer the MaineMOM ECHO sessions.
